Alumni Engagement
If you’re looking for meaningful ways to connect back to your alma mater or engage in service opportunities closer to where you’re located, the Office of Campus Life has you covered.
Service-Learning Beyond the Classroom
Service-learning allows students to connect with real-world challenges in real-life settings, in real time. An effective service-learning course engages students in meaningful, reciprocal community projects and integrates structured reflection to deepen learning from their real-world experiences. Campus Life staff are available to help you brainstorm how to incorporate service-learning experiences into your existing curriculum. Our staff can assist with:
- Logistical support
- Partnership introductions
- Support for faculty to engage across disciplines
- Resources
