Bio: Rev. Dr. Lindsey Scott
Rev. Dr. Lindsey Scott is the Director of Strategic Programs, Lifelong Learning, and the Doctor of Ministry Program at the School of Theology. Lindsey earned a PhD in New Testament from Baylor University and is ordained in the Alliance of Baptists. They have taught and designed programs across several institutions, including SMU鈥檚 Perkins School of Theology, Baylor University, and TCU; most recently, they served at Princeton Theological Seminary. They are passionate about making theological education and ministry training accessible and thinking creatively about how institutions can shift to meet the evolving needs of the church and the world. When they aren鈥檛 at work, Lindsey is likely singing with the Transcendent Choir of Philadelphia, cooking or eating something delicious, or learning a new board game.
